Agentless CDC from off premise DB2 and Oracle directly to ADL/Deltalake

I would like to be able to incrementally replicate data from off-premise DB2 and Oracle databases (on both Win and Lux) near-realtime to an Azure datalake, without the need to installing an agent or other non-native code on the source DBMS. We do have admin rights in the databases and have access to all tables and transaction logs and can use native DBMS instructions through a VPN.
