After connecting Power BI with QuickBooks Online Plus, I don't get the data in reports. The dashboard also displays blank Tiles.

The data once connected to Quick Books Online Plus should be shown in the reports and the Graphs should be shown on my dashboard instead of Blank Tiles. Please help me resolve this issue. I cant see the visualization of my QuickBooks on Power BI, due to incomplete data connectivity. Please provide me support to resolve the matter!

Hi Kiran - sorry you're hitting an issue! Could you confirm whether or not the reports underneath the dashboard are also blank? Please try connecting to the latest version (https://app.powerbi.com/getdata/services/quickbooks-online) and let us know if you're still hitting the issue.

I have a same problem. My dashboard is completely empty but reports are not blank + General Ledger fields Gross Profit, Net Income are empty as well.

I have the same issue. I can confirm some of the reports are blank. All my accrual reports are blan (and I'm running in accrual mode).

I am having the same issue with the data. Cash basis reports seem to work, but Accrual basis does not. I have confirmed I am using the latest version.
