After Closing a Power BI subscription I canot reopen or readd.

After one our users Closed the Power BI subscription I cannot reopen or re-add. This was a trial free account we do not use O365 all the help I can find directs me to O365 Admin which our business does not use. I get this error: Something went wrong. Please try again later. Hello Ian, Under the covers you are using Office365. The easiest solution is to have your network admin claim the account using the methods outlined here: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/charles_sterling/2016/05/27/claiming-admin-rights-for-a-new-power-bi-account/
