After Closing a Power BI subscription I canot reopen or readd.

After one our users Closed the Power BI subscription I cannot reopen or re-add. This was a trial free account we do not use O365 all the help I can find directs me to O365 Admin which our business does not use. I get this error: Something went wrong. Please try again later. Date and Time: 2016-07-12 16:13:29Z ActivityId: 7574cbe4-3be4-414a-84c9-1f33d3847f40

Hello Ian, Under the covers you are using Office365. The easiest solution is to have your network admin claim the account using the methods outlined here: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/charles_sterling/2016/05/27/claiming-admin-rights-for-a-new-power-bi-account/
