Advanced Card Unable to move or delete

So for some reason with the newest update my other card option disappeared and so the only one showing was the advanced card option. I created it and did my tweaks to it. I went back to it to move it and it doesn't let me move the card or even delete it. I can resize it, but that's it. I don't know if anyone else had that issue but I couldn't do anything with it until I figured out how to get the other card options back by selecting Restore default visuals, then I changed it to one of those and it let me move it around.

There is an issue with the new card that if you click on the main card area, you can't move it with the arrow keys. It should still work if you click in the padding area, or drag it with the mouse.
