Advanced Attribute Slicer

Currently, you can use the Attribute Slicer inside a specific column, but it's limited to just that. Ideally, would like to be able to build multiple visuals with multiple aspects, graphs, tables, etc., and then insert an Attribute Slicer on page, where it would search across all used columns used to build the visuals and filter by that. Furthermore, why can't we have Power BI accept Boolean operators; let me use an "Advanced Attribute Slicer" by typing in things like, %, &, etc.
