Adjusting the Location of the Axis

When using stacked bar charts, I am unable to adjust the position of the axis in order to show the whole names of customers. This would be a very helpful feature especially when displaying full names or longer data descriptors. Additionally, having the option to wrap the text would be great. Here is the previous discussion with screenshots:

This functionality would also be very helpful in legends on pie or donut charts.
