Address bug with bookmark navigator showing incorrect selected state

The bookmark navigator does not show the correct selected state when you leave a report and then come back to it, which can create confsion for end users and even result in erronous reporting of metrics. I could replicate the issue in a report Reid Havens built and recorded a quick video showing this. You can also download this standalone pbix and replicate the issue for yourself on your end (the pbix describes the issue and how to replicate).
