Adding or multiplying with the calculated field in matrix

Suppose I have created a matrix below Dress Food Total INDIA 20K 500K 520K US 100K 300K 400K France 50K 200K 250K Total 170K 10000K 1170K Now I Want to have multiply one value with food cost field Dress Food Food Estimate Total INDIA 20K 500K 500k*2 520K US 100K 300K 300k*3 400K France 50K 200K 200*4 250K Total 170K 10000K 1170K How we can do this?
