Adding Support for Enterprise Github

The ability to add GitHub enterprise as a dataset. Currently only personal GitHub profiles are able to connect.

Adding to the request here, there is a beta version of a connector to GitHub which works. We just need Enterprise authentication (in particular Enterprise SSO).
