Adding Databricks Unity Catalog and schema as a Mirror in Microsoft Fabric

Hi,

      When mirroring Databricks in Fabric there is an restriction where in the Databricks cannot be within Private Network (VNet Injection) i.e Azure Databricks workspaces shouldn't be behind a private endpoint. This should be allowed since majority  of the Enterprise will have Databricks Installed in Private Network hence Fabric should be able to overcome this limitation.
