Add timer to refresh dialog

When you refresh, especially all, but helpful to benchmark, add a visible timer on the dialog box that pops up during refresh. For extra credit, create logging functionality that tracks refreshes and their duration - would be helpful for optimization efforts and to know how long I can get up and stretch for when refreshing all
