Add the possibility to drag and drop a PBIX file to Power BI Desktop

If you have two versions of Power BI Desktop installed — one for the service and another for Report Server — double-clicking a file in File Explorer does not allow you to choose between them. The drag-and-drop feature would provide another small convenience compared to browsing folders from within the application.
