Add the main contact / reponsible / stakeholder of a tile / dashboard / report

To be able to add the contact that the company should chase, discuss or ask questions about the information shown there. [e.g. for sales, a particular area or representative. For a KPI a particular area / director]. Within the options of the dashboard / report / tile [...] to have a "Contact..". This could open a chat area or email... and discuss that.
