Please add an option to not set an end date to report subscriptions.
Today I received a number of emails regarding subscriptions that was about to end, which is just as "welcome" as the emails regarding "refresh has been paused"...
Sure you can set an end date that is ridiculously far ahead, but is it really a good design choice?
