Add possibility to download NPGSQL automatically

I’m trying to connect to a PostGreSQL database with powerquery and discovered that powerquery uses NPGSQL to connect to the PostGreSQL database. Since NPGSQL is now a Nuget in visual studio, it would be nice for excel to download the nuget instead of having to install another component to make it work.
