Add parameter management for published Datamart and Dataflows

I would like to have the same parameter control ability currently available in Datasets from the service level. This would allow to add optional parameters to reduce table size for design purposes, then remove those query without the need to go into the transformation environment (which takes too long for large data sets) so incremental refresh can be cleanly applied while working with reduced query results for model design.
