Add option for input language when using ai.translate

The ai.translate supports specifying the output language, but the input language can only be inferred, which is prone to errors. It would be nice to have the option to also specify the input language. It could also support a list of input languages for the cases where a column might contain multiple languages. This could help the AI better detect the input language(s) and improve accuracy.
