The 'Export to file' API endpoint is a great addition to the API, however, I was surprised to see that there is no way of passing in filter/slicer options. Bookmarks can be applied, and are suggested as a workaround - but this isn't suitable for our use case. We want to be able to generate PDF for sending out to multiple users - but need to set filters programatically - bookmarks wont let us do this. Idea: Add Filter Options to the API Request Body - With capabilities similar to the JavaScript embedding API => (Filter Types, Operators, Values, and Conditions). Thanks!

- Agreed, please add the functionality of passing parameterised values through to the filters before export.
- Sensible suggestion. This would really enhance the offering with added functionality.
- Paginated reports have a mechanism for passing in filters, please add something similar for power bi reports.
- This is such a mind-numbingly obvious feature that I can't believe it wasn't a Day 1 feature. Here's hoping we get it very soon.
- This is a must have feature. The limitations around automated reporting must be improved.
- Really need this feature soon. A must, must have for exporting automated PDFs and sending to my user groups.
