Add additional data sources for Datasets made by Azure Stream Analytics
When pushing data from Azure Stream Analytics to a Power BI Dataset, you can add "reference" data in Stream Analytics, but this data is very "static". So if the name of a building would change (for example), values that are already in the dashboard would have the old name. When creating a dataset in Excel it's already possible to select multiple datasources with PowerQuery.

AnonymousNot applicableI have the same ask as well - see "Modelling on PowerBI dataset that was produced from an Azure Stream Analytics output" post- ts2New MemberI feel the datasets created by Azure stream analytics are extremly static and fragile and this would greatly assist in easing development - de-normalizing everything in stream analytics is not a very nice solution.
