Add a timeout option for Invoke Pipeline activities

There is no option to specify the timeout on an Invoke Pipeline activity.  Please consider adding the option for both the Legacy and Preview activities.  Currently it seems to default to the max 7 days.  We had a job that was running the full 7 days in the background without a failure until it reached 7 days.  The timeout error was this:
"The workflow action 'ExecuteINVOKE PipelineName' timed out while waiting for webhook callback."

This is a great idea! In ADF on a data pipeline, the settings section allows you to send a message to Azure Monitor for long running pipelines. Something similar would be great!
