Hello,
I know you can connect to a MongoDB data source with an ODBC connector in Power BI Desktop.
The issue is, you need an ODBC driver (usually running on a local machine) to import or load data from the MongoDB source in a Power BI.
When a report using an ODBC connection is uploaded to the Power BI web service, if the data gateway type is of entreprise type (like in my case), you can't program a scheduled refresh of datasets using ODBC sources, since it uses a driver installed on a local machine...
I wonder if it would be possible to add a native MongoDB connector in Power BI to eliminate the need of using a local ODBC driver, hence eliminating the need of opening the .pbix file every time a report/dataset data refresh is needed.
Thank you!
