We need to sort for example by document number and second sort by doc details line ... Multiple columns search is a basic need .

The sorting done in Power Query (sorted by multple columns) is not maintained in the visuals. So the whole point of sorting during the ETL is lost when trying to do the visuals. As much as the need for multple column sort in visuals it is equally important to maintain the sorting done during ETL using Power Query. Made this comment in the below thread as well as it has more votes. https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/11185431-add-a-multiple-columns-sort-featue These two threads should be combined and that will move this idea further up in votes.

This needs to be something that is implemented! Currently working on a report that I need to sort by the year/month and the count of records. A nested sort option would solve this so easily!

Power BI team - there are several requests for sorting on multiple columns. Can you advise if there is any thought being given to these requests? The votes are somewhat scattered across multiple ideas, but there is some demand for this feature.

The Matrix visual needs ROW and COLUMN SORT by value and mutiple sorting. Not only a multiple sorting for columns

Was evaluating Power BI for 15 minutes and found this feature to be lacking. The current thread has been open for 2 years without the feature being implemented; this is crazy. Switching to another BI software now.

Also, this may work for some cases. Concatenate your columns to where it assumes an order if you are able and then sort by that. Only problem is the ugly column you create concatenating a bunch of stuff shows on your visual.
