Add a keyboard shortcut for vertical scrolling in Power BI desktop (Shift+scroll wheel)

The shortcut exists in the web version of Power BI, but not in the desktop one.

 

I imagine (although I might be wrong) that implementing it should be relatively easy since it's already been implemented in the web version.
