- Simplest option I have seen is to: 1. Create a feedback form using Microsoft Forms, 2. Insert a feedback button on your Power BI report 3. Turn the button Action to 'On' 4. Turn button action Type to 'Web URL' 5. Paste form hyperlink ("https://forms.office...") in the button action Web URL field
