It's currently impossible (without poor ux powershell hackery) to use the 'Authenticate with Organizational Account' option with a web api secured with Azure Active Directory. This is really frustrating because if you have a nice API layer in Azure API Management, or even just an Azure Function, you can't give access to your analysts without switching to key-based authentication.
