In the Outlook client, you can view when an email was replied to. However, this information is not currently available as an attribute in Exchange data accessible via Power BI or Power Query.
Currently, replying to an email only updates the Modified Time. Unfortunately, Modified Time is also updated by unrelated actions such as changing categories or moving the email to a different folder. This makes it unreliable for tracking actual response times.
Proposed Solutions:
Add a "Replied Time" attribute – This would capture the date and time an email was replied to, separate from other modifications.
Or
Add two attributes:
First Replied Time – The timestamp of the first reply to the message.
Most Recent Replied Time – The timestamp of the latest reply, which is often the same as the first, unless multiple replies were sent.
These additions would significantly improve response time analysis and reporting through tools like Power BI.
