Add Q&A capability for datasets based on Analysis Services tabular Models

It would be great to have the Q&A feature for dashboards based on an analysis services tabular model dataset. Also it would be good to either automatically hide the test box for entering a q&A search (or provide an option) when the dataset does not support q&a so that the user is not confused. thanks..

Why just tabular? Make it work against Multidimensional on-prem and you've just opened up this functionality to the whole of the planet.

Multidimensional Models are also need to be included in the Power BI and it should also have Q&A Capability which will then attract more customer base.

When is this expected? I thought this would be available in Power BI GA but I don't see it.

We have been holding out on Power Q&A because of this limitation (on prem AS tabular and MDM.)

Any ETA for this? It's going to be a big problem for adoption within the larger organisations who don't want to have their data on the cloud.
