Add Progress Bar or Percentage Indicator when Publishing to Service

currently, when publishing reports from Power BI Desktop to the Service, there is no visual indication of the upload progress. The user only sees a "working" spinner.

My Suggestion: implement a visual progress bar or a percentage counter (e.g., "Uploading: 45%") within the publishing dialog box.

Benefit: This provides critical feedback for users working with large .pbix files, assuring them that the application hasn't frozen and allowing them to estimate how much time remains.
