Add Power BI Desktop Support for Building Reports on DirectLake Models

Enable Power BI Desktop to create reports, visuals, and dashboards directly on top of Semantic Models in DirectLake mode.

Today, Power BI Desktop cannot build or edit reports when the model is in DirectLake. This feature would allow developers to design, visualize, debug, and build dashboards locally using the full performance of DirectLake, instead of being restricted to the Fabric service.
