Add Pivot transform to Event Stream
Being able to pivot records within the event stream (similar to the pivot function in dataflow) would provide more flexibility in stream ingestion.

Good feedback. It would be great if you or others in the community can share some specific "real-world" examples where this would come in handy -- it would make it easier for us to prioritize this amongst the different enhancements we are considering.
