Add Ontology Sync Status in Monitor

Provide a way to monitor ontology updates after changes are made; following the steps in the Ontology tutorial on learn and I am to a point where I just get a message saying "Updatind your ontology". It been about an hour, the data and model are very small, and it's not clear what is pending and why (something is queued up, something failed, need to retrigger some action).
