Add Legend on Table View and Matrix View

Allow adding legend to table view and matrix view. The legend could be a dimension, calculated columns, or a measure. For dimensions and calculated columns, allow discrete colors. For measures, allow gradient colors.

This feature will allow you to use bullet charts to compare forecasted expenditure against actual, and dynamically colour those items that go over budget a different colour to those that remained within budget.
