Add Key Pair authentication to the Snowflake connector

We have this need due to some internal security guidelines.

Authentication with certificates is absolutely normal in other frontends, should be easily achievable on Power BI.

we are able to use the keypair authentication with other application and it makes easier and somehow we re missing in power bi. our security guidelines recommend keypair auth.
