Currently, Power BI Desktop supports display units such as Millions and Billions, but it does not provide Indian numeric units like Crores, Lakhs, and Thousands. These units are widely used in India for financial, business, and government reporting. Adding them would make Power BI more user-friendly for Indian users, improve localization. This feature would enhance adoption and usability in the Indian market, aligning Power BI with regional reporting standards.
