Add Dataflows to Admin Portal Refresh Summary & Refreshable API
As a Power BI Administrator, it's important to be able to keep track of things currently refreshing. Dataflows should also show up in the "Refresh Summary" in the Admin Center, as well as in the "Refreshables" Admin APIs. This is critical for large enterprises. Defining a Power Automate trigger for every dataflow is not acceptable, especially since we have a lot of dataflows and they're created by multiple teams.
