Add Data Mining

Move the old Excel Data Mining Add-in to Power BI, letting it work with the embedded tabular engine, without having to connect to a SSAS Server.

Haven't been able to get my data mining add in to work for some time in excel. Gave up trying because I just know power bi will include it at some stage.
