Add Data Labels in Filled Maps, arcGIS Maps and other Map designs.

The Map visual cannot be used properly if data labels cannot be placed on the map. The Microsoft team needs to enhance this feature, and allow to add custom variables as data labels on all types of map visuals.
The Map visuals need design enhancements to make it suitable for use.
