Add Clear All Filters button to Power View

We have recently started rolling out Power BI to a wider audience. One of the first things they asked was "Where is the reset button?" after they had been clicking through the various slicers and graphs.

A feature that must be included. Sometimes the customers forget they have set filters and wonder why the report is wrong. Also would be nice to have some indicator that a filter is active.

Allow visual filtering for Slicers. It's strange that visual filtering is available in other visualizations but not for Slicers.
