Add CSS style support for Reporting Services reports - or a similar theming support.

- You mean some sort of framework similar to Bootstrap, with classes for graphs etc.?
- '@John Giddens - IMO this should be much simpler - just fundamental support for CSS would be best, rather than trying to pick a "winner" framework.
Man, this will helps not only on Reporting Services. Image that you can define a class name to a table visual and then configure a css on a file like we do with themes.
