Add Bar under Embedded Report with Full Screen when Embedding using the Website or Portal Embed Option

I know that when I embed a report via the Publish to Web (Public) option I get a bar at the bottom of the report allowing the end user to go Full Screen with the report. I am hoping we can have that same feature added to the Website or Portal Option. At least make it an optional add on in the embed. I have to create both Public and Private reports that my University wants embedded on our site and it would be nice if the option was there to go full screen in the embedded iframe for all embed options.
