Add Autodetect Relationships to Global settings

I would like the option to set the "Autodetect new relationships" in the Global settings. I never use this feature, and I would like the option to have it set to off by default, rather than turning it off with every new report.

Completely agree, autodetect relationships can cause problems if relationships are created without the developer realising. I would like to be able to switch this off by default.
