Add Advanced Search Operators (Contains / Starts With) to the Standard Slicer Visual

The standard Slicer visual currently lacks advanced search capabilities such as contains, starts with, and similar operators. These options are available only in the Input Slicer.

It would be highly beneficial to combine these functionalities so that users can access advanced search and filtering within a single Slicer visual. This would streamline the filtering experience and reduce the need to use multiple slicer types.
