Ability to see both current and past Azure EA enrolment usage data

Currently, customers with a new Enterprise Azure enrolment can only see consumption for their current enrolment. This should be changed so that customers can see the aggregate of previous and current Azure cloud usage when using the AzureEnterprise PowerBI content pack https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-content-pack-azure-enterprise/

My customer require Azure Consumption Insights content pack should be continuously seen for both previous and current enrollment in a single report.
