Ability to move/copy report/dashboards between Group Workspaces

Be able to copy or move reports and dashboards between Group Workspaces, removing the need to re-publish a report and/or rebuild a dashboard.

It is really nasty to rebuild a dashboard everytime I publish a report to another workspace. This is I think a low hanging fruit for Microsoft to make users happy.

This is a significant gap in the governance and deployment of PowerBI. While it is feasible to work through a dev/qa/uat/prod sequence with reports, the same is not true of dashboards.
