Ability to have X axis labels of bar chart appear on top of graph instead of the bottom

Currently the only option is to have the X axis labels appear at the bottom of the bar chart visual. It would be beneficial to have the same ability as we have in Excel to choose to have the X axis labels at the top of a graph.
