Add the ability to group/to cluster and to fix/to pin/to lock visuals in the report view of Power BI Desktop, so that it isn't possible to destroy the report layout by moving the visuals.

This is a feature common to other Visual Studio development tools. Most of the layout features in those tools apply here....lock controls (visuals), alignment, sizing based on multiple selection, etc. It's a real pain when visuals are accidently moved through an errant mouse over/click. Correcting them is a time consuming PITA.
