Ability to change the order of the y axis in 100% stacked bar chart (it currently displays data in reverse order)

I am currently creating a 100% stacked bar chart. Most people would expect a count to go in the direction from 0% to 100% (i.e. up), but the way the bar chart displays count is from 100% (top) down. I would like to be able to change the sorting of the y axis to display the data the other way. I have a visual example but I am unable to upload it to this forum.
