Ability to change ownership of content packs

Currently, the only person who can edit an Organization Content Pack is the person who created it. We are currently developing dashboards for a client, and we need some way to be able hand over ownership of the content packs when we have finished. At a simple level it would be good to be able to change the owner. It would be even better to be able to add multiple administrators

Content Packs are deprecated and are replaced by Apps. Apps can have multiple owners - the workspace Admins and Members can update and publish them.

Idea of multiple Owners/Administrators is fantastic. Currently all requests for updates go to a single person....less than ideal.

Even within a company, several developers or a group should be able to work on a content pack. Moreover, if the owner leaves the company, someone else can take over.

I am continually astounded at the incomplete nature of this product. Users are paying Microsoft for software that is clearly still in beta testing. Ability to change ownership of 'organisation' content packs should have been available from day one.
