Ability to align the column content

Add the ability to align the column content in tables, e.g. left- and right-aligned, centred, etc. in Power BI Desktop.

We need to be able to align text, clients have different preferences.

I'd like to center align the column header and data, but put a background color behind just the column header and not the value. Seems I still cannot do this unless I am missing something.
