Ability to add a visual level filter to selected filter pane fields

What I mean by this is that in slicers right now we have the flexibility to add visual level filters. Is it possible to introduce the same flexibility for a filter on the filter pane ? For example there are 3 filters on my filter pane 1) Customer Name 2) Country 3) State Let's say we want the country slicer ( Hypothetically ) to only show countries for which sales is greater then 10000 So to do this I will add a visual level filter to the slicer by creating a measure If ( [ Sales ] > 10000 , 1,0 ) And set this measure as a visual level filter and assign it a value of 1 and subsequently it will filter out our slicer values that match that particular criteria Can the same feature be replicated for a filter on the filter pane and not just the slicer ?!
